Shipping Policy

(Effective January 10, 2020)

Your RunScribe will typically ship within 48hrs of receiving your order.

For US Customers: Packages are shipped via USPS.

For International Customers: Packages are shipped from the US via DHL. Shipping & handling charges are not inclusive of customs, excise and VAT payments for certain countries. DHL will send you an email to collect any customs/duties which are due. You accept full responsibility for any additional fees that may be due from DHL. Note: If you refuse to pay, the package will be recalled, and the refund will be reduced by all shipping fees and any duties incurred.
